When I cut at these points, which I do across the video files, audio tack and the subtitle file (so I can make space for intro/outro graphics), the subtitle file will reset it's timecode so the first subtitle line of each file is 00:00, and thus segment 2 has the subtitles from the first moment of segment 1.
